The Etixx Pro Line Recovery Shake combines a high-dose mix of carbohydrates, whey protein isolate and leucine for optimal muscle recovery after intense exercise. With 60 grams of carbohydrates and 30 grams of high-quality protein per serving, muscle glycogen is quickly replenished and muscle damage efficiently repaired. The addition of 1.2 grams of salt contributes to rehydration, and the flavour, chocolate or banana, gives the shake a delicious taste.

Composition and absorption
The shake is composed of 60 grams of carbohydrates per serving, mainly maltodextrin and sucrose, providing immediate energy to the muscles. The protein component consists of 30 grams of whey protein isolate, which is rapidly absorbed and rich in all essential amino acids. With 3 grams of leucine per serving, the shake optimally stimulates muscle protein synthesis. The 1.2 grams of added salt replenish the electrolytes lost during exercise, supporting an efficient recovery process.
